Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. While We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly, delivery timelines provided are estimates only. Delivery durations may take longer than usual during festive seasons, customs clearance holds, or unforeseen local courier delays. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We are not liable for transit delays caused by customs authorities or external factors beyond Our reasonable control.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss of or damage to the Goods shall pass to You upon physical delivery to Your designated address. You explicitly agree that Third-Party Service Providers may deliver parcels to residential addresses without obtaining a physical signature (including drop-offs at safe places, doorsteps, or via On-Demand Delivery instructions). Whether by Your specific instruction or standard courier practice, risk shall pass to You immediately upon the Third-Party Service Provider fulfilling that delivery. We disclaim all liability for any missing, stolen, or damaged Goods following confirmation of delivery by Our Third-Party Service Provider.

Tax and Duties: All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customs, VAT, and import duties are not included in Your order total or shipping cost and are Your sole responsibility. If You refuse delivery or fail to clear customs, Your order will be treated as cancelled by You. In such events, any eligible refund will be issued exclusively as store credit. We reserve the right to set off and deduct all direct costs incurred by Us as a result of Your cancellation under these circumstances from Your final store credit balance.

Return Policy

Product Images and Description: Product photos, packaging images, and color displays on Our Website are for illustrative purposes only. While We strive to display colors accurately, We cannot guarantee that Your device’s screen display will precisely reflect the actual color of the Goods. Size charts are provided for reference only.

Return Eligibility: All processed Orders are final. Returns and exchanges are strictly permitted only for:

Manufacturer defects or damaged Goods; or

Incorrect Goods relative to Your confirmed order (size and colour).

Return Conditions: Where a return is authorised by Us, the Goods must be sent to the following address:

All returns must strictly adhere to the following conditions:

Proof of Purchase: Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as Your order confirmation email or receipt). Returns without proof of purchase will not be entertained.

Item Condition: Goods must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and labels fully intact.

Return Postage: Return postage costs will be borne by Us in cases of confirmed manufacturer defect or Our error. You are advised to use registered or trackable postal services, as We shall not be responsible for lost, undelivered, or damaged return goods prior to receipt. 

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Procedure: If You receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please report the issue to mum-monashshop@monash.edu within fourteen (14) calendar days (local orders) or thirty (30) calendar days (international orders) of delivery, providing Your Order number and clear photographic proof.

Replacement: Upon verification, We will arrange a direct replacement at Our expense and reimburse reasonable return postage costs incurred by You.

Out-of-Stock Items: If a defective or incorrect item cannot be replaced because it is out of stock or the last piece, You will receive a full monetary refund to Your original payment method (or store credit, if You prefer).
